Laurens holds a bachelor degree in Sports &Health, has a decade of experience of leading teams. He is responsible for the local network, management and operations of the Seaweed Farm. In everyday life he works as leader in a health-advisory firm in Sweden.

Marcel holds an MBA from Lemniscaat School of Management, has over four decades of international experience. Marcel is responsible for long term vision and communications of our activities. In everyday life he invests in impact start-ups.
